Product Information & Availability

We aim to describe and display our Products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur between what you see on screen and the product you receive.

Product details, availability, and pricing may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any Product.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received or, in the case of Cash on Delivery (if available), once your order has been accepted and confirmed by us.
  • All transactions are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may include VAT or other applicable taxes where required.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or stock problems are suspected or identified. In such cases, any payment captured will be refunded where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within Lebanon.
  • Standard delivery time is typically 2–5 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location and courier capacity.
  • Free delivery may be available on select promotional offers or order thresholds, as displayed on the Website from time to time.
  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the package becomes your responsibility. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (for example, courier delays, force majeure, local restrictions).

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety standards for skincare and personal-care products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds once a product has been opened or delivered, except where required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. After assessing your claim, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement product; or
  • Store credit to be used on a future purchase.

We reserve the right to reject claims that are submitted late, incomplete, or inconsistent with the evidence provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rugged Revive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Products.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of any Product, or your use of the Website, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Product or transaction giving rise to the claim.
